My Being Family work for Yorkshire & Humber Adoption was voted one of Campaign’s top 10 regional press ads for 2015.
It’s always a huge accomplishment to be able to use my creative skills to change lives for the better. In this case, my job was to ensure more children were adopted and given the loving, stable homes they deserved.
Within the first few weeks of launching, enquiries more than doubled, applications increased by 160% and website hits increased by over 700%.
Knowing I’d helped to give so many children a new start in life was enough of a reward. But to also be recognised by Campaign for this work was the cherry on the cake.
